Stone Mountain

This was actually from a couple of weeks ago. Nathan had a day off so we headed to Stone Mountain. We had a good time. We rode the train around the mountain (no one got sick!), went on the tram to the top of the mountain, had lunch, and came home with two tired little girls.

Sophie loved running down the field.

Ava thought she was in heaven slurping her first icee.

Recent Pictures

A picture of the cousins. I can't believe how big Tylar is at two months old, looks almost as big as Ava.

I left yogurt on Ava's tray and she dumped it on the tray and in her lap. I think she had fun slopping it around.

Here is what happens when I go to the bathroom for half a minute - Sophie draws all over Ava with marker right before we are about to walk out the door to take someone to lunch too. They are washable markers and they didn't even leave a stain, thank goodness.

Fourth of July

We had a fun fourth of July. We went to the parade, which Nathan had to work at, and the girls and I spent the rest of the day and night with his parents since Nathan had to work a part-time the whole day. We had a fun day although we missed Daddy.

Sophie was so scared of the fireworks this year, more than the past two years. She was still scared when we got back to the house hearing neighbors setting them off. Ava, on the other hand, never even jumped. She was completely fascinated even trying to reach for them. It is so neat to see how different their personalities are going to be.
